Kirsten Arredondo, Co-Founder of MKA Technologies

Kirsten has over 27 years of experience in the payroll industry in the Las Vegas area in both entrepreneurial and corporate roles.   She and husband, Mark built a payroll company from 32 clients to over 300 and $1M in revenue, managing all daily activities with the highest levels of customer service.  In April of 2010, this company was successfully sold to CompuPay, Inc., the second largest domestic independent payroll company. Kirsten has consulted for many companies around the U.S. assisting with payroll, HR, time & labor POS, and merchant services needs, as well as the many government programs offered to companies including Paycheck Protection Program and Employee Retention Credit.  Kirsten prides herself on offering a boutique-style customer service experience to her customers, and cultivating life-long relationships.

Gary Fackett, Co-Founder of MKA Technologies

Gary spent his entire career in executive roles with ADP, a fortune 100 company.  With over 40 years in payroll leadership roles, Gary has been intimately involved with all aspects of the industry including operations, finance, and sales including helping startup Priority Payroll in Henderson, Nevada. Gary's role at MKA Technologies focuses on growth, scalability, and infrastructure to support strategic partnerships.

Josh Testa, Sr. Implementation Specialist at MKA Technologies

Josh has been in network development and product implementation for over 22 years.  He has overseen and been directly instrumental in the rollout of payroll, time & labor, and point of sale systems for hundreds of companies.  He specializes in data migration, client training, and offering more efficient ways for his clients to conduct their business. Josh is certified in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft SQL, and all UKG Ready related product offerings.
